The BNS has prioritized these crimes by moving them to Chapter V. A major addition is Section 69, which criminalizes sexual intercourse by deceitful means (promise to marry). The definitions of sexual assault have been consolidated, and "Cruelty by Husband" (IPC 498A) is now BNS 85 & 86.
