The End of "Sedition":

Chapter VII of the BNS introduces a major shift. The colonial term 'Sedition' has been removed. It is replaced by Section 152, which penalizes acts threatening the Sovereignty, Unity, and Integrity of India. The BNS also introduces specific sections for Terrorist Acts (Section 113) and Organized Crime (Section 111).
