What’s New in Chapter XI?

BNS has consolidated laws regarding Unlawful Assembly and Rioting. While the core definitions from the IPC remain, the numbering has moved from the 140s to the 180s. Provisions regarding Affray and promoting enmity between groups (IPC 153A) have also been updated to BNS 196 & 197.
