Property crimes are now under Chapter XVIII of the BNS. Section 304 now explicitly defines Snatching as a distinct offence. Additionally, "Cheating" (the famous IPC 420) has been consolidated under BNS 318. Criminal Breach of Trust and Receiving Stolen Property have also seen renumbering.
